We have set up this page in memory of my dear Dad, Patrick O'Sullivan who we sadly lost on January 2nd to pulmonary fibrosis.

My Dad had volunteered to do a drugs trial to help research into this cruel disease. As he did not get to start the drugs trial, I know he would want to contribute in some way still.

At his funeral, we are having immediate family flowers only and have asked other guests to donate to this page.

My Dad was a wonderful man with a great sense of humour and an extremely caring nature.
