It is only a few days before I make the trip to Dalby for a ride to Tara, Miles and Chinchilla to support our farmers.

We are raising money to buy 3 Nissan 4WD vehicles for Aussie Helpers, a wonderful group of volunteers whose mission is to support our wonderful farming communities who are going through such tough times right now. These volunteers are travelling throughout the bush calling in on farmers with a food hamper and to have a cup of tea and a chat. Depression and suicide in our farming communities has hit alarming rates. Our farmers are often too proud to seek or accept help even during the current crippling drought. Yet if anyone deserves our help, it is them.
