I am training for the 'double',notably;

1) The London Marathon on the 26th April 2010.

2) The Coast to Coast bike trip in June/July 2010. From Aberaeron in West Wales to Aldeburgh in East Anglia. I will be doing this on my own and I anticipate it taking me 5 or 6 days....it is a seriously long way!!! Certainly for someone who has not cycled any distance for 25 years....!!!!

I am raising money for the Anthony Nolan Trust and any donations you are able to give would be greatly appreciated. The Anthony Nolan Trust is a charity that takes back lives from leukaemia. It is only with our involvement that they can carry out this lifesaving work...so please give generously.
