On 11/12 September Robin and I will be participating in the Endurance Life Coast to Coast challenge - a two day multi-discipline event covering over 140 miles across Devon.

Day 1
- 9 mile off road run
- 55 mile road bike
- 4 mile off road run up Dartmoor's highest peak
- 35 mile road bike

Day 2
- 23 mile mountain bike
- 8 mile kayak
- 19 mile off road run

My chosen charity is Bliss, a charity for premature babies (I was over a month premature).
