Adoption has been a big part of our life's over the past 2 years. It's been an up and down process but thanks to Adoption Matters, their amazing team and the incredible social worker we were given, my wife and I welcomed home an amazing little girl in August. 

I'm wanting to say thank you to this amazing organisation by taking part in Manchester 10k run on 24th May! 

Adoption Matters is a children’s charity and voluntary adoption agency which has been going for over 70 years. In 2019 they placed 107 children into new families. 

I'm not a runner and I haven't been consistent at the gym for a long time so I'm pushing myself to get back into the gym and do outdoor training in these winter nights. 

Please help me smash my target so they can keep on doing the amazing work they do.
