We are, as a family, are donating to Leeds Hospitals Charity to support the wonderful staff in the Covid Ward (J11) at St James’ Hospital in Leeds who provided incredible care to Mum. Whilst remaining so upbeat, the truly amazing staff not only selflessly looked after mum in her final week, but also provided much needed support to the family too. Such dedication, amidst being surrounded by immense sadness, deserves to be applauded. Mum’s farewell service will be on Wednesday 22 December, but for those who knew mum and are unable to join us, this photo of mum waving, as always, a cheery ‘see you later’ is very fitting.

Mum's service is going to be live-streamed from 12:45pm on the 22nd December and if you would like to join us virtually you will be very welcome.
