There are more than 1,800 homeless women living in Spokane each day. Meeting their basic needs can be a struggle for VOA's Hope House and Transitions' Women's Hearth. Imagine not having access to bras, underwear and personal hygiene items due to poverty and homelessness. Physiology and biology are facts of life and women shouldn't be punished because of it.
You can help!
Give monetary donations, bras, underwear, deodorant, razors, tampons and 2-hour bus passes for women experiencing homelessness in Spokane and accessing services at Women's Hearth (day-time drop-in women's center) and/or Hope House (overnight women's shelter).
