In 1995  My husband Alan Makinson was diagnosed with this relatively unknown cancer. We started to research information to help us fight the disease and found the IMF (Myeloma Foundation).Don't know what we would have done without their support especially Eric Low.It is still a cancer very few people have heard of.

Alan eventually lost his long fight on 20th July 2004.

There is still no known cure for this deadly disease.Myeloma UK are continually researching new drugs to help give people longer and better quality lives . Help them fund it in Alan's memory.
