I am very privileged to have had both knees surgically replaced so that I can now walk for pleasure freely and without pain. Many others in the world have to walk miles daily to collect essential water, often from a polluted source. 

We all now know how washing our hands saves life during the pandemic. Basic hygiene is not possible without access to clean water and toilets.
