On Friday 20th March, we were able to provide £400,000 of STV Appeal's fundraisers money to Fareshare so that families unable to make ends meet, can put food on the table during these difficult times. Fareshare is a network of charitable food redistributers who receive good quality surplus food across the industry, which they then distribute to frontline charities and community groups. We would love to do more - but we need your help. As the Coronavirus crisis rapidly escalates, more children and their families will be pushed deeper into poverty. £25 could provide a week's gas or electricity for families to heat their home £50 could provide emergency food for a family £100 could provide essential household items like nappies, food & urgent assistance.
