On Saturday 19^th May I will be participating in the Nuclear Race-a 7km ultra-gritty,properly muddy, obstacle-loaded course at the Secret Nuclear Bunker in Brentwood, Essex.

I am taking part to raise a donation for Pets As Therapy who enable animals to make visits to establishments such as residential homes,schools and hospitals.
