Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in my third consecutive London Marathon, with a view of beating my personal best time on 2:58:59.  I have chosen 'Support our Paras', because it is the charity of the regiment, which I have been a proud member of for 16 years.

They continue to provide much-needed support and assistance to serving and ex-serving members of The Parachute Regiment and their families who require help.

Please help me raise as much money as I can.  The more I raise, the faster I run!
