The High Sheriff of Bedfordshire, Lady Clifford, will be walking parts of the Greensand Ridge, a striking geological feature that straddles the County, with Pandora, her daughter, who will be walking the full 40 miles from Leighton Buzzard to Gamlingay over 5 consecutive mornings from 26th-30th May. We would like to raise funds for the Road Victims Trust- a Bedfordshire based charity that provide emotional and practical support to all persons affected by a fatal or life-changing collision across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire. The RVT work in partnership with the Police and Road Safety Partnerships in these 3 counties to ensure the best possible levels of victims' care is provided to those at their time of need. The RVT was founded by Clifton Ibbett OBE, who was High Sheriff of Bedfordshire 2004-2005. Clifton sadly died in May last year and is sorely missed by many. His generosity and legacy has supported numerous charities and good causes across Bedfordshire.
