I'm participating in a challenge to ride 100 miles in June to help the American Heart Association fight for a world of longer, healthier lives. This is a very meaningful cause for me. In February, if this year, our family suffered the unthinkable, when we unexpectedly lost my nephew, Michael Werner when he went into cardiac arrest due to undiagnosed heart disease. Mike was just 28 years young, and so many things he wanted to do to make a difference in this world. Our loss is proof that heart disease can affect anyone, old it young!
