I have always watched the London Marathon on television each year and looked on in admiration at all the runners. I entered the ballot at the end of last year and was lucky to get a place. 

I am running the 26.2 miles marathon in memory of my dad who sadly passed away earlier this year. He was an avid supporter and fundraiser of CHAS and their great work.
