Fundraising for Blind Veterans UK
Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
We are taking on this challenge to support Blind Veterans who have given so much help and support to my dad in dealing with his sight loss.
Although as a family we are used to long walks, this one will be a really tough challenge but for a very worthwhile cause.
My dad was diagnosed with Age related Macular Degeneration about 8 years ago and has found losing his sight very difficult to come to terms with. Blind Veterans (formerly St Dunstan's) have been amazing in offering both practical and emotional support throughout this time.
