Last April at the age of 51, after being ill for some time , I received the devastating news everyone dreads !  that a tumour was growing inside and outside my trachea, 2 days later I underwent emergancy surgery to debulk the one growing inside the trachea . I then had to wait for the results which wasnt easy . I was diagnosed with Non Hodgkins Lymphoma  and would need chemotherapy for the tumour that was outside  , this was the most difficult time of my life as on top of everything i had just lost my dad weeks before diagnoses.                           Friends of Anchor was a huge help to me and my family while going through treatment and I cannot thank them enough for the special treatment I received from them all.                                                                             I suddenly found myself to be on a journey I never thought I would be on and I  would recommend everyone to give to this charity as you never know when you might need them yourself !                                                I have been chosen to do courage on the catwalk  in may so i would like to help friends of anchor as much as I can to help other people in  their time of need                                                                                                                  Thank you all so much                                                                                                       God bless, Pamela x
