As part of National Customer Service Week the PALS and Complaints team have been considering ways that they can engage, understand, and communicate more effectively with the staff across the Hospital. To really put themselves in the shoes of the staff they are speaking with every day, the PALS and Complaints team have decided to put on their best fancy dress, and work a night shift!

As well as doing their normal day job, through the night, the team are also helping to host a virtual pub quiz to help raise vital funds for the Milton Keynes Hospital Charity. 

Be Seen in Green is the charity's flagship event, and each year it focusses on a specific campaign, appeal of piece of equipment. This year the charity are raising money for little lives on the Neonatal Unit, and the PALS and Complaints team would love if you could join them during their nightshift for some serious quizzing!
