Story

As a family, we have decided to take part in the Great South Run on October 16th and run in memory of our amazing Grandad; Roy Palmer, who we sadly lost last year.

The six of us have decided to split the money we raise to both the British Heart Foundation and the Rowans Hospice. Both of these charities were supported by Grandad and are very close to our family's heart.

Thank you so much for taking the time to look at our page. We are so thankful for any sponsors, helping us to support these amazing charities, who do a fantastic job.

Remembering our Grandad is what will help us get through the 10 miles!

Courtney, Brad, George, Jack, Harry & Alfie
