Story
Cycle4Sepsis is back for its 8th year and we are supporting them in their mission to raise awareness about sepsis across the country. Every year in the UK, sepsis kills at least 48,000 people. In 2016, our Mum, Lesley-Anne, came very close to becoming one of those lives lost. Mum lives with the effects of post-Sepsis syndrome but is one of the incredibly lucky ones that survived thanks to excellent medical care.
With better awareness thousands of these lives could be saved.
So in celebration of World Sepsis Day on 13th September, we will be cycling 300 miles between 1st and 30th September. We're a Peloton family so myself, my sister, Stephanie and my Mum will be hopping on our bikes to rack up the miles and hopefully the £'s for Cycle4Sepsis. We’ll be posting our progress on this page and on Facebook at the end of every week!
We're looking for some kind people to sponsor us! So if you could, it would be great if you'd donate to our page. Thank you for your help! Your support and donations will make the difference!
