Story
Hello all,
I’m not sure if this classes as a quarter-life crisis, but I have decided to take on the Three Peak Challenge on September 25th! This consists of climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in under 24 hours 😄
I’m doing this in aid of Blood Cancer UK. Blood cancer is the fifth most common cancer in the UK, with over 40,000 people being diagnosed with it every YEAR!
As some of you may or may not know, one of my closest & dearest friends Cooke unfortunately got diagnosed with Leukaemia earlier this year. Safe to say when we heard this news we were all absolutely shocked, extremely upset and confused at how life could throw such a curve ball to someone so close to our hearts, and who has such a passion and happiness for life. Luckily and so so thankfully, Cookie is doing well and with the help of charities like Blood Cancer UK, more money can go into researching, diagnosis and helping people maintain a long and healthy life ❤️
This is going to he a pretty mentally and physically demanding trip (which by the way, Cooke thinks i’m insane for 😅😂) but thankfully i am doing this alongside some great team members at my gym Gainz St Neots 💙.
My target goal is £600, but i’m confident we can smash that 💪🏼! A little goes a long way, and anything you can donate i’ll be appreciative for.
Love you man 🤟🏼❤️
