Story

I am seriously excited and proud to be running in the 2016 London Marathon in Memory of A Great Friend, Miles Frost.

On Sunday, 19th July 2015 Miles tragically lost his life, at only 31, whilst out running. It was discovered that Miles had died of a hidden heart condition known as HCM.
