MOVEMBER - Mo Farah style.

so here's the deal... 

on october 28th i ran the london 'run to the beat' half marathon (21.1 km or 13.1miles), then for the entire month of november I ran 10km (6.2 miles). 30 consecutive days of running 10km every single day. then I ended the month with another half marathon on the 30th! 

1 month. 31 runs. 321km.... 

ommision - november 26th. after 25 days, I had just spent another weekend away doing the childcare for the alpha weekend away (sympathy for volunteering?) and i got sick and couldn't run the 10km this day. this distance was made up on the last day when i ran over the twice the normal daily amount. 

and i didn't shave... in accordance with the traditional movember.
