Event: Relay For Life Midleton, on 5 September 2020
Relay For Life brings the whole community together to CELEBRATE the lives of cancer survivors, to REMEMBER those lost to the disease, and to FIGHT BACK by increasing our awareness of cancer and the services provided by the the Irish Cancer Society

Story

I'm taking part in the Irish Cancer Society Relay For Life to make sure that nobody will face cancer alone. Your support will mean cancer patients and their loved ones can get free information and support to help them through their diagnosis, as well as fund life-saving cancer research happening right here in Ireland. More people are being diagnosed with cancer today than ever before, but the good news is more people are surviving. Thirty years ago, only 4 out of 10 people survived cancer. Today, thanks to better care, support and treatments, 6 out of 10 will survive. Your support will help us get to 10 out of 10 people surviving. Thank you.
