Patrick will be cycling 50 kilometers off road in memory of Philip, and to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.  Given my current lack of fitness, 50km should be quite a challenge, but to spur me on, I am asking for a £2 [no more] donation from friends if I make it all the way.

 

My dear cousin Philip died in 1989 aged 17 years old, of a heart complication.
