m running the half marathon in memory of anyone whose lost someone and anyone whose struggling themselves. Too many people I look up to and too many of my friends and family are suffering in silence and can't get the help and support they need.

 want to raise money so MIND can offer support and I want to raise awareness of what's happening to the system at the moment. I've been training hard for this so I can push myself to the limit but even then I'll have lots of barriers to overcome. 

Mental health services are getting gutted all the time by the corrupt and greedy and it's making our MH crisis worse.

I aim to run the half-marathon and push myself as best I can to help raise awareness and funding for MIND a charity which has been there for me when I needed them myself.
