On the 29th of May 2022, I will be running the Edinburgh Marathon in memory of my Dad, Ian Ephraim who sadly passed away in September 2021 after a short period of cancer. 

My Dad dedicated his whole career to help the most vulnerable and excluded people in Cardiff through his role in the Homeless and Gypsy/Traveller sector of Cardiff Council. 

Therefore, I have decided to raise money for Llamau - a charity that supports young people and vulnerable women across Wales who may be facing homelessness.
