Looking through Hope House's website you see the stories of families that have been supported through the services they offer.

Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith care for babies, children, young people and young adults up to the age of 25 years who have life-threatening conditions and are not expected to live beyond 25 years of age. 

They need financial support to continue this great work. 

I want the service to remain available to all.
