We raise funds for renal patients in Wales to receive a better quality of life

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am going to participate with other runners on Sunday October 4th in the Cardiff Half Marathon in order to generate funds for the Paul Popham Fund in order to raise much needed money for the Children's Kidney Centre in the Heath Hospital in Cardiff. I know from first hand experience how difficult having kidney problems can be - my father suffered with progressive renal problems for the last 20 years of his life.

Although   I had hoped  to summit a 4000 metre mountain called Gran Paradiso on the 11th September this year unfortunately the weather combined with other circumstances to prevente an ascent. However, upon my return to the UK I got straight back onto my training routine undertaking a 12 mile run on the 13th of September.

I am hoping to raise a minimum of £100.
