Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

This year, once again, we are raising money for our chosen charity, Bluebell Wood, by taking part in The Samworth Brothers Charity Challenge 2019.

The Samworth Brothers Charity Challenge started in 2007, and runs every two years.  The challenge involves a gruelling cycle ride, canoe paddle and mountain walk/run, lasting 9 hours in total with the aim to raise money for charity whilst bringing people together to improve their fitness.  The Charity Challenge has been a huge success to date raising over £2 million for many different chosen charities. We are committed to beating our previous targets in 2019 so your support and efforts are greatly appreciated.

Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice are a wonderful charity helping terminally ill children and their families. Helping to make special lasting memories for children who are living with life shortening conditions and complex medical needs with day care, respite and home care.

They have two end of life suites which provide outstanding, emotional and practical support to family members and make every child's last days special.
