We offer emotional support to anyone who's struggling to cope

Story

As a Central London swim club we are grateful for the 24 hours every day Central London Samaritans provides confidential emotional support for anyone experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide.

If the weather is right in early July, we'll be swimming the channel in a relay. With temperatures at just 15 degrees and wetsuits banned, cold water acclimatisation training has begun in 11 degree lidos!

Don't leave us out in the cold - support us to support Central London SAMs! Big thanks to you all!

Mike, Chiara, Chris, Lee, Roberto & Guy
