The stigma of mental health is a serious topic.  We NEED to fight that stigma, create awareness for people struggling. Awareness in Suicide prevention is important in our work places, conversations with our families and friends.  

This year, I am asking for donations for a cause that means a lot to me: Canvas Health and Stomp Out Suicide.  Stomp Out Suicide was created in memory of Alissa Haines and money raised helps raise awareness of mental health issues and aid suicide prevention efforts throughout Minnesota. I hope you'll consider contributing to this great organization. Every little bit will help me reach my goal!
