With fundraising events cancelled and no clear indication of when we can open our shops or how long it will take them to return to normal trading, St. John's Hospice anticipate a funding gap of £1m for this financial year.

Story

ONE ENTRY PER PERSON

Due to Covid-19 our local care home devastatingly faces closure. As the majority of their funds come from charity shops which sadly but understandably cannot be open, St John's hospice cannot recieve vital funds to give round the clock care to their patients and sadly in some cases this care is assisting them on their end of life journey, making it as peaceful and comfortable as possible.

We are offering the chance to win an all expenses paid trip to come and stay with us, ride the back yard, Woburn trails, compound and bike park wales. To top it off Marin Bikes are giving away two brand new bikes!!!

Two winners will be picked at random. All you need to do is donate a minimum of £5 to this just giving page and make sure you include your full name. Winners will be drawn on the 8th May.

We can't wait to meet the lucky winners but more importantly raise funds for St John's hospice.

Sue Ryder is here to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can get the support they need. There is no one size fits all when it comes to how we cope and the help we need, but with our support, no one has to face dying or grief alone. We are there when it matters.
