Story
Thanks for taking the time to DONATE to our parish projects and needs (see below). Your donations go to the parish bank account , along with any Gift Aid element you include as a UK Income Tax or Capital Gains Taxpayer in the current tax year. There is also a JustGiving fee currently averaging around 7% which is deducted from your donation before the parish account is credited with the remainder. Any shortfall in the Gift Aid reimbursement (currently 25% of the donation) to the parish is claimed by HMRC from the Gift Aid donor direct.
Recent projects in the parish included the refurbishment of the presbytery flat and church building with replacement flooring and renovation of toilets and kitchen and replacement of the church boiler, which have now been carried out. Current projects include the refurbishment of the church roof which needs urgent repair. Future needs and projects will be announced in the parish from time to time, along with updates on the current projects.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money less their fee (see above) directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
DONORS WHO CHOOSE THE GIFT AID OPTION FOR THEIR DONATION ON THIS SITE (IF APPLICABLE AS CURRENT UK TAX PAYERS) SHOULD REVIEW /RECORD THEIR DONATIONS AT THIS WEBSITE FOR INCLUSION IN THEIR INDIVIDUAL ANNUAL TAX RETURN TO HMRC.
