Prostate Cancer Research are dedicated to creating brand new prostate cancer treatments. 

About 1 man in 8 will be diagnosed with prostate cancer during his lifetime. Prostate cancer is now the most diagnosed cancer in many countries.

People affected by prostate cancer need breakthrough treatments, and research is the only way to turn this hope into reality. Their vision is clear; a world where people are free from the impact of prostate cancer. Giles and I are a part of #TeamPCR because we share this vision. Will you help us support their research?

The Swim will take place from 07:00 CET on 16th October (weather permitting). It’s 6.5km !!! (Eeek) Giles and I have never covered this distance before and have been training since March '21 in order to reach this goal. Knowing that there is money on the table to help our charities will surely push us on. 

Embrace Diversity Organization is a new initiative founded in October 2018 by three families who, themselves, are parents of children with different abilities. The need to set up the organisation arose from these families’ experience of the limited resources and services currently available locally. Through Embrace, we aim to provide a viable alternative for children and young people with a wide range of disabilities.
