I’ve had the pleasure of working and supporting RST over the past few years.  An amazing charity who improves the lives of those affected by spinal cord injury and thier loved ones. 

I’ve had the pleasure of meeting some of the amazing people they have supported with specialist physio scholarships and have seen how this has transformed lives.  I have also seen how Andy, Marianne (and the wider team) have supported people by listening and offering advice to those who are newly injured and their families and the difference this makes.  

And so I’m being totally crazy and taking London on AGAIN!!!  Because I want to raise the vital funds RST need to keep supporting those with a spinal cord injury and thier families.  Anything you can donate to help this amazing charity would be greatly appreciated!
