Story

So after completing Mount Toubkal, Snowdon and Yorkshire 3 peaks whilst fasting, Yorkshire 3 peaks Twice (80km) by Osmaan. It is now my turn to contribute towards our pledge by participating in a sponsored Sky Dive.

I will be covering all the costs of the Sky Dive so any donations will go towards the building of our well in Yemen.

You have all been so generous and I hope you will continue to support us in reaching our goal.

The total cost to Build one well in these rural areas in Yemen is £9500 which will be supporting 600 families

Water supply systems in Syria and Yemen have been devastated by conflict. In Syria, 14.6 million people have been impacted by the crisis and require regular access to water. 18 million people in Yemen also need water, sanitation and hygiene assistance. Drinking dirty water is one of the most common causes of death in the developing world despite being one of the most preventable. Safe, drinking water helps some of the most desperate families to break free from poverty and illness.

Water is vital for drinking, cooking, hygiene and farming. With reliable access to water, thousands of lives could be saved each day.

When emergencies strike, we act and mobilise. We respond immediately to ensure the most vulnerable are protected, their basic needs are met, and lives are saved. Our work is driven by immediate response and effective delivery, but we stay long after a disaster to help restore lives. As an NGO we are guided by our drive to help others, not profit. When emergencies strike, we act to ensure to save lives and protect the vulnerable. When the emergency is over, we stay and help restore lives. We were founded in 2011 in the UK by a group of doctors whose sole focus was to provide assistance and aid to those devastated by conflict. For over a decade we have built an expertise in responding to humanitarian needs to benefit the most vulnerable people affected by conflict, disasters and extreme poverty.
