We share the vision of an end to the pain & suffering of eating disorders

Story

I made this page to raise money for Beat a charity that aims to raise awareness give advice and help people who suffer from eating disorders.

I myself for years have been battling an eating disorder, ranging from anorexia to bulimia, like pokemon I've clearly gotta catch em all. Jokes aside I know how isolating, all-consuming, and damaging it is to a person's mental health. While I have recovered from my anorexia I still struggle with my ED on a daily basis.

So I wanted to run the Hampton Court Palace half marathon, which would be my second half marathon in a month (the first one at which I collapsed at the end). I'm doing this to raise money and awareness for EDs and prove that it's possible to climb over the mental barriers of eating disorders and other mental health issues holding us back.

It would be amazing if you could donate any amount, if not I encourage you to follow the link to Beat's website so we can spread awareness of something that affects 1.25 million people in the UK.

Thank you so much for visiting my page, it really helps open the conversation surrounding  EDs a lot more. Hopefully through that we can spread love, happiness and support. 🫶
