The last few years has been challenging not only for me but for everyone around the globe. The unprecedented events over the past few years has caused a shock wave not knowing what the future holds, which has triggered many to suffer mentally. 

People's Mental health has been majorly affected during the pandemic. Therefore, I have decided to raise money for MIND. This charity is an amazing charity dedicated to all those who suffer with mental health. I will be competing in the SAMWORTH BROTHERS  CHARITY CHALLENGE on the 18th of June with three of my colleagues, which is a team endurance race. This consists of 10 miles running, 20 miles cycling and 7 miles kayaking; which will help raise awareness.

The aim is to raise a minimum total of £2000 which will go towards helping MIND and support across the country. I am writing to ask if you will be willing to support my team and I in raising money for this great cause.
