Story

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK .Anyone can hit crisis point. CALM run a free and confidential helpline and webchat 7 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone who needs to talk about life's problems. I have personally used their support before and know how incredible their support is

It takes £8.00 to answer one potentially life saving call.
It takes £24.00 to provide support materials to 4 families who have lost someone to suicide. It takes £109 to train and support a  volunteer to help spread the message of CALM throughout the UK. It takes £440 to train and equip a professional help line worker to speak to people in a time of crisis.

Your donations will help keep this service running and will allow people to get the support they need.
