Millions of people in the UK have received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine. But for billions around the world, hope is still a long way off.
Most lower-income countries will only be able to vaccinate 1 in 10 people in 2021, and millions will have to wait until at least 2022 for a vaccination.
We run because we refuse to leave people living in poverty behind.
Tearfund is helping to prepare communities for vaccine roll-out, including equipping leaders to share accurate information in their communities.
In the meantime, they continue their work to prevent the spread of coronavirus amongst those living in poverty.
They need our help to continue this vital work before, during, and after vaccines become available.
£200 could provide 12 families with health training and food support for 3 months, while they await the vaccine.
Together we are hoping to raise £20,000 - enough to help 1200 families.
Please donate and bring hope to those who still have a long wait for the vaccine.
