Thank you for visiting the fundraising page of Jaap Boreel and Henk Warnar. We are part of the Orange Heart initiative from the Dutch Community in Northwood. As one of our community suffers from Cardiomyopathy, we want to "do our bit" for this particular charity.  

Cardiomyopathy is an illness of the heart muscle and the biggest cause of sudden death in those aged under 35 in the . The CMA offers support and information to affected families and campaigns for better treatment for sufferers. The condition is often inherited, so the association also fights for more heart checks and genetic tests for family members to find those at risk and to save lives.
