‘Heart n Soul means being less isolated, getting stimulated and motivated, getting skills, being together and happy’, Ifeoma, artist and participant Our Taking Part programme leads to people with learning disabilities having more confidence, socially and artistically, and living more independent lives. We run regular free and affordable high quality creative sessions where our participants explore their creativity through music making, visual art, writing, dance, film, fashion, DJing, digital arts and what we do is led by the participants.
