Story

It may just be one run, but it's a run that can open many doors

This year, I have challenged myself to run a sub 1.45 half marathon for Free to Run: https://freetorun.org/

This organisation "support[s] women and girls in areas of conflict through adventure sports to build physical, emotional, and social well being."

As a runner and an educator, I truly believe Free to Run's statement, that all should woman should have the opportunity to be "leaders who exercise self determination, challenge negative norms, and boldly reclaim public spaces."

I would love you to join this journey with me!
