On the <strong>1st October </strong>intrepid trekkers <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Colin Welby <em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">(Everest Base Camp 5,600m, Kilimanjaro 5,895m, Annapurna Base Camp 4,900m and numerous 3000m Alps 3000m peaks) </em>and John Hughes <em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">(Kilimanjaro 5,895m, ,and numerous 3000m Alps peaks)</em></strong><em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"> </em>take on….</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge</span></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The challenge is to complete the 25 mile circular challenge walk covering the Three highest Peaks in Yorkshire - <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Pen-y-ghent (691m), Whernside (728m), and Ingleborough (723m)</strong> in <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">under twelve hours</strong>. Now, this is some of the boggiest terrain in the Yorkshire Dales, on unmarked paths, but Colin and John reckon they can cover the 25 miles in under the 12 hours. The question is just how much under, and that’s where you come in! </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We are asking you to guess the actual times that Colin and John will achieve, and the person who gets closest time will receive a brand spanking new iPad 2, very kindly donated by Chris Heather from Brinc our NHSD Partner, and a signed Manchester United football shirt!!</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">All you need to do is enter your estimate for a mere £5.00 per guess. </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">All you need to do is donate £5 or more for each guess and leave your <strong>name, phone number and a comment with your guess in hh:mm:ss format</strong>. Don't forget you can have as many guesses as you like...for example, sponsor us £20 and put four guesses in your donation comment! </span></p>
