Story
Millions of Ukrainians have fallen victim of the Russian invasion and became hostages in their own land.
Please join us this Sunday 6th March at 10.00am for a 45-minute online HiiT workout, to raise money for the people of Ukraine.
We invite you to make a minimum donation of £10 per person and all proceeds will go directly to British-Ukrainian Aid.
You'll be able to access the session on Sunday via the Zoom link in the automated receipt email for your donation.
The injured and wounded, orphaned children, the elderly, and internal refugees urgently need our help!
With your support we hope, as the One Element community, to raise funds towards British-Ukrainian Aid's £500,000 target to provide medical aid (e.g., the basic health kit is £440, covering 1000 people for 3 months; the pharmaceutical compliment pack is £2,200 and covers 10,000 people during 3 months; this can also supply the secondary level hospitals), tactical medicines and evacuation fund.
British-Ukrainian Aid work closely with charities and NGOs in Ukraine, that deliver medical and humanitarian aid directly to those in need, including casualties and those helping them.
Let's help them cope with new humanitarian aid challenges, in addition to those, which Ukraine has already been facing since 2014: more than 14,000 people have been killed, a quarter of them are civilians, and as many as 30,000 have been wounded. Over 3.5 million people require humanitarian assistance and protection. More than 228,000 Ukrainian children became orphaned.
The only thing that we can collectively understand is the horror of it all. The plight of hundreds of thousands falling victims to the power of one man.
But we stand firm with Ukraine and hold on to the belief that there is still greatness in the world and that the power of the human spirit will eventually overcome. But until then, we, as One Element, will try and do our bit in the best way we can and the best way we know how.
See you on Zoom at 10.00am on Sunday!
Thank You!
The One Element Team
