Story

Hi, thanks for visiting my page, and welcome!

My running journey began back in 2015 with training and running the Brooklyn Half Marathon, as a way to maintain health and weight. What was suppose to be a one-time half marathon, evolved into a lifestyle. Since then I have ran multiple half-marathons, and marathons, learning about myself, including true determination, endurance, and at times how fragile the body can be. My first marathon was in 2017, and then I ran Chicago marathon in 2018 when I decided why not go for all the World Major Marathons (WMM) and achieve the WMM six star.

London marathon will be my fourth WMM. In my quest to achieve that fourth WMM, I have decided to fundraise for Sense Charity. Sense Charity provides services to individuals with complex disabilities. You ask what is complex disabilities?

Complex disabilities are individuals who are born without or loses one or more of the senses that enables us to function in society. The sense that enable us to see the world around us and guide us to perform every tasks to be able to exist independently in society. The senses that enables us to hear, understand and communicate with others.

Through Virgin Money Giving, you can help me reach my fundraising goal by donating! Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organization and will claim gift aid on Sense's Charity behalf. I really appreciate all your support in my journey to London Marathon and thank you for any donations.
