So... as a few of us old school frisbee chums gloomily pondered our impending 40th year, a cunning plan to mark the occasion was hatched to 'do' the London to Brighton bike ride. Sounded good at the time (a few ales o'clock); however it is all quite real now and 50 odd miles on two wheels sounds like quite a challenge.
