Our NHS is facing its busiest winter in our 72-year history.

As the official charity for Southmead and North Bristol, as a team, we want to challenge ourselves to raise funds to help our amazing colleagues. It's also my first week in the team at the time of writing, so any donations will also help me make a good first impression!

The second wave of COVID-19 has hit our hospital harder than the first. Our staff are busier than ever before, fighting this virus every single day. And patients may face spending Christmas in hospital without visits from their friends and family. 

To make this Christmas that bit better for our staff and patients we will be dressing in our finest festive outfits and walking at least 25 miles each!
