UK Forums All-Stars 2016 · 29 July 2016 ·
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, it is very much appreciated.
This year I will be playing in UK Forum All Stars charity ice hockey weekend. The weekend brings hockey players of all skill levels and ages together to raise as much money as possible for all the charities involved. The event takes place between the 29th-31st of July at the brand spanking new Ice Arena Wales in Cardiff that is set to open in April 2016!
This is my second year participating in the event and it really wasn't a hard decision for me to come back after seeing the results of some of our fundraising last year. We raised over £5000 as a team and that money was used to help children all over the UK.
I am once again representing Dreams Come True. Dreams Come True give terminally and seriously ill children across the UK the chance to fulfill their dream. They have done a tremendous amount for young people over the last 25 years.
I have upped my target from last year. My reason for this is because seeing the smiles on those children's faces inspired me to get more involved with fundraising in general.
Hopefully you will see me complete my #MovesLikeJagr challenge. I will wear the famous 90's mullet, drink a shot a Jaeger for every goal my team scores whilst performing the Jagr salute and the most difficult task will be only being able to speaking Czech during games! If I raise £250 this will have to happen!
Thanks for taking time out of your day to donate.
